The Point Cook Aviators Baseball Club invites all members to attend our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM is an important part of the club calendar and provides members with the opportunity to hear about the club’s achievements over the past year, receive updates on our future direction, and help shape the continued growth of the Aviators.
Whether you’re a player, parent, volunteer or supporter, we encourage you to come along and be part of the conversation as we plan for another exciting year of baseball and softball in Point Cook.
AGM Details
Date: Saturday 15 August 2026
Time: 6:30 pm
Venue: The Sporting Globe, Werribee
As all of our winter teams will be playing at home during the day, we’d love to see members and families continue the celebrations by joining us for dinner before the meeting. It’s a great opportunity to catch up with teammates, coaches and fellow Aviators in a relaxed setting before the AGM begins.
Please note that meals and drinks will be available for purchase at each person’s own expense.
Board Nominations
The continued success of the Aviators depends on the passion and commitment of our volunteers. Each year, members have the opportunity to nominate for positions on the Club’s Board and help guide the future of the organisation.
The following Executive positions are open for nomination:
- Treasurer
- Vice President – Baseball
- Vice President – Softball
In addition, nominations are invited for all General Board Member positions.
If you are passionate about growing baseball and softball in our community, we’d love to hear from you. Serving on the Board is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the club while supporting our players, coaches and volunteers.
